He is a priest of the Prelature of Opus Dei, and a Chaplain and Assistant Professor at the University of Asia and the Pacific in Pasig City, Philippines. He has been involved with Pro-life activities for many years and has written extensively on pro-life issues. He worked as the Director of the Research Office of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines and he was a Theological Expert for the Special Assembly for Asia of the Synod of Bishops in Rome.
