He was born on March 4, 1974 in Butag, Bulan, Sorsogon. He was ordained a priest on June 5, 2003 and was assigned as the first Rector of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity College Seminary (OLMHTCS) in Naga City. He is a member of the Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity (SOLT), a congregation of priests, religious sisters, and laity whose mission is to serve in places where there are greater spiritual and pastoral needs.
