FSP Sabah marks 29th refoundation anniversary with entrance of three aspirants

The Sisters celebrated the occasion with over 40 people including members of the Association of Pauline Cooperators, the Institute of Our Lady of the Annunciation, and family members of Aspirants Lorestika Patrick, 20, of Ranau; Isidore Nicholas, 24, of Ranau; and outside Aspirant Imelda Samuing, 30, of Tambunan.

The Mass was presided by Father Jalius Sading, paternal uncle of Lorestika.

In his homily, Fr. Sading exhorted the aspirants to be open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit as they begin their formative journey.

After Mass all adjourned for a simple fellowship meal at the lobby.

Earlier, the aspirants had prepared themselves with a three-day retreat facilitated by Sr. Laura Anggie, their formator.

The last batch to have some formal English classes was in 1995 – the batch of Elizabeth Jothee, Jennifer Han and Rita Locket.  However, only Elizabeth and Jennifer went on with their formation in the Philippines.
