“What is a youth life like with balance use of cellphone, internet…facebook, twitter, etc…, with family and friends interpersonal relationship is warm and alive, addiction to it is putting oneself to isolation.” This phrase is just one of the well thought of response of the youth from the half day seminar conducted by Olivares School in Parañaque with Sr. Clothilde De las Llagas, fsp of the PICA Mobile Media Education as the main speaker. The seminar was held last May 16, 2012 participated by at least 100 High School Students from different public and private schools. Sr. Clothilde inspired the youth participants to be extra conscious of the engaging nature of social media, to be in control of it rather than be controlled by it.
