A five-consecutive Saturdays modular course on the study of the language of television and its application in reading TV media text from cultural perspectives; functional knowledge of TV production; all as background for analysis and evaluation of TV programs based on moral and Christian values. Distance education is offered but students are required to attend class on the first and fifth Saturday. This is one of the sixteen modules offered by PICA in its MA program on Media Literacy Education.
