Wash Each Others Feet

On April 1, 2010, Holy Thursday, the FSPs benefactors and collaborators gathered in the new Alberione Home Auditorium for their annual Lenten recollection with the theme: “Wash Each Other’s Feet”. It was enfleshed in the talk of Fr. Rey Reyes, SSP as he presented to the benefactors the present situation of the Filipinos on worldwide, national, cultural and personal level. He opened the eyes of his audience by challenging them not to be contented with what they are and have now. Rather, by this reality they are invited to grab the opportunity to move and act in order to make their lives better. The invitation for renewal was expounded as he discussed on the spirituality of the Two Hearts whose center of thought revolves on the renewal of life, offering conversion and the kingdom of God which hopefully would serve as their way of life. The said spiritual exercises concluded with the Sacrament of Reconciliation and the Celebration of the Lord’s Last Supper.
