General Councilors Animate New Provincial Government

Sr. Anna Maria Parenzan, Vicar General and Sr. Inocencia Tormon, General Councilor, gave a 5-day orientation and animation on governance and authority to the newly-installed Government of the Philippine-Papua New Guinea-Malaysia-Thailand Province on September 28-October 3, 2012.

The animation focused on the following topics:

– The Service of Governing
– Orientations Concerning Techniques and Methodology for the Life and Activity of Our Governments
– The Role of the Bursar in Administering the Goods of the Congregation
– The Priorities of the PMPT Province.

The Provincial Government are, indeed, grateful for the presence and the guidance of Sr. Anna Maria and Sr. Inocencia. The animations reiterate that ‘leadership is based above all on the capacity to give primacy to God and to live and foster unity and communion so as to achieve organization and live in a spirit of dialogue, participation, co-responsibility and joyous creativity.”

The two Councillors who met all the Sisters in Pasay explained thoroughly the Draft of the Working Document of the 10th General Chapter and answered some questions raised by the Sisters.
