Every year the Daughters of St. Paul joyfully celebrate Family Day with their loved ones. This year it was held at the Alberione Auditorium on December 9, 2012. The annual family gathering began with the Eucharistic celebration presided by Fr. Joseph Javillo, SSP.
A short video presentation about the history of the Daughters of St Paul was presented to family members as the Sisters prepare for the Diamond Jubilee celebration of their foundation in the Philippines in 2013. A program was prepared and everyone was entertained by songs and dances from the Sisters’ siblings, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and a special dance number from their lay mission partners.
The children actively joined in the games and were grateful for the tokens and gifts received. Indeed, it was a day of rejoicing for the Sisters and their families with the fun-filled activities and the presence of one another.
