Sr. Consolata Manding, FSP, PhD and Sr. Ellen Lim, FSP represented the Paulines Institute of Communication in Asia Foundation Inc., at the 21st Golden Dove Awards launched by the Kapisanan ng mga Broadcasters sa Pilipinas (KBP) on April 27, 2013 at the Star Theater, Star City Complex in Pasay City. Sr. Consolata was one of the Board of Judges.
Golden Dove is an annual prestigious award given to radio and television stations and personalities nationwide by the KBP. Acknowledged for their expertise in media criticism and analysis in line with their mission on Media Literacy Education, the Daughters of Saint Paul were asked to help screen the entries. At least, more than one hundred entries were screened by PICA students of Media Literacy Education Graduate Course among whom are Daughters of St Paul: Sr. Ellen Lim, Sr. Lina Salazar, Sr. Consolacion Ducusin and Sr. Theresita De Lara.
