Paulines Publishing House joins the Academic Booksellers Association of the Philippines (ABAP) at the 17th Philippine Academic Book Fair from July 8-12 at SM Mega Mall, Mandaluyong City.
Aiming to provide Filipinos with the chance to purchase educational materials at the most reasonable price, ABAP organized the Book Fair and gathered major publishers from the Philippines and abroad to showcase their educational materials. It featured the latest academic books, journals references and other materials for educational institutions.
As one of the staff of the Paulines booth, I had a chance to serve librarians, department heads, teachers and students looking for supplementary catholic educational materials such as the Bible, Christian living texts, prayer books, Church documents, children’s books and other audio-visual products. Many of them showed their appreciation for and satisfaction with the materials produced by PPH, particularly the new Seven Sacraments poster which was launched at the fair.
The book fair also gave us the opportunity to welcome and talk to everyone, including some Muslims, Buddhists, and those of other religions who visited our booth. May all who came to participate in this book fair be enlightened and achieve excellence in their field of education.
