Pauline Family in the Philippines Celebrates Founders Feast Day

The annual gathering’s highlights include the Eucharistic Celebration presided by Rev. Fr. Jose Aripio, SSP and concelebrated by other priests. Fr. Dominador Guzman, SSP delivered the homily. The relics of Blessed James Alberione was carried during the processional entrance and placed before his image in the Sanctuary.

After the Post Communion Prayer, the “Pauline Family Floweret” was distributed to each member. It consists of a prayer of intercession for a member of the Pauline Family. Each member will pray for that person for the whole year until the next reunion in 2017. The Pauline Family Equipe on Spirituality introduced this activity.

The members of the Pauline Family proceeded to Alberione Auditorium for the program and simple agape right after the Mass. A song rendered by the Pious Disciples of the Divine Master served as the opening number of the program, followed by a warm welcome from Sr. Catherine Bacay. During the program, the Society of St. Paul’s Juniors and members of the Sisters of the Good Shepherd and their Cooperators, rendered intermission numbers. The College Seminarians of the Society of St. Paul presented a 30-minute Biblical skit. The program ended with the singing of Scio Cui Credidi.
