Sisters Margherita, Mary Nazarene, Ma. Caterina, Eugenia Maria, Ma. Edvige and Ma. Gesualda celebrated their 60thAnniversary of Religious Profession while Sr. Rosangela Ronda her Golden Annivesary, at Mary, Queen Sanctuary on June 29.
Rev. Fr. Rollin Jean-Marie Flores, Provincial Superior of the Society of St. Paul was the main presider and homilist. Concelebrating priests include: Fr. Jose Aripio, Fr. Gil Alinsangan, Fr. Ruben Areno, Fr. Marvin Mejia, CBCP Secretary-General, and priests relatives of the Jubilarians.
In his homily, Fr. Flores talked about the martyrdom of the great apostles Peter and Paul, God’s faithfulness to the great apostles and to the Jubilarians. He emphasized that true commitment is not based on feelings, but despite the difficulties one may experience along the way, it is still possible to remain committed because it is the grace of God that makes it so.
