Seven temporary professed members of the Daughters of St. Paul namely: Sr. Josephine Tablante (Philippines), Sr. Laura Anggie (Malaysia), Sr. Santa Conde (Philippines), Sr. Parichat Jullamonthon (Thailand), Sr. Lourdes Cabuguas (Philippines), Sr. Christine Mesias (Philippines), and Sr. Athitaya Jamoo (Thailand) renewed their vows on June 21, 2015 at the Queen of Apostles Sanctuary in Pasay City. This year’s renewal is more meaningful because of the celebration of the Year of Consecrated Life and the Centennial of the FSP foundation.
Present to receive their renewed promise were Sr. Noemi Vinoya, provincial superior, Sr. Clemencia Mallete and Sr. Judy Zamar, superiors of their respective communities.
Fr. Joseph Javillo, SSP celebrated the Eucharist and encouraged the young sisters to remain steadfast because, quoting St. Paul, he said, “Faithful is He who calls you.”
In their thanksgiving song, the Juniors joyfully reiterated their resolve to give up all for the sake of Jesus.
