He is a priest from the Diocese of Daet. He was ordained priest on September 1, 2000 and is presently assigned as Chairman of the Ministry for the Family in the said Diocese. He graduated from (CEFAM) Ateneo de Manila University with the degree of Master of Arts, Major in Pastoral Ministry: Family Ministry and Counseling.
