Rev. Fr. David ‘Dave’ T. Concepcion earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Adamson University in 1984. A covenanted member of Ang Ligaya ng Panginoon, he entered Holy Apostles Senior Seminary, earned his Baccalaureate in Sacred Theology in 1998 and finished his Master of Arts degree in Spiritual Life in 2009 at the San Carlos Seminary Graduate School of Theology. He was ordained priest in 1998 by Jaime Cardinal Sin and was parochial vicar of Ina ng mga Dukha Parish, Bicutan. He became parish priest in the parishes of Nuestra Sra. De Salvacion, Sta. Mesa, San Antonio de Padua, SFDM and St. Maria Goretti, Manila. He was chaplain of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, and is presently chaplain of the Sto. Niño de Paz Chapel at Greenbelt, Makati. He was part of the formation team of Holy Apostles Senior Seminary (2000-2015).
